Boral Deer Park Western Landfill Masterplan
Meinhardt prepared the masterplan to assist Boral with the planning for future development of their Western Landfill for the next 30 years. This has been done by analysing and designing a series of waste cells that suited their operations.
Crucial to this has been consideration of their financial model. This has led to Meinhardt creating a strategic business planning document which ensures the most efficient construction programme, prepares a material balance for the construction of each element, and considers how much airspace will be available to optimise their filling sequence and thus their revenue income.
