The staged development will include housing lots, wetlands and community services. Meinhardt is providing:

• Engineering advice in support of a planning application and Functional Layout Plans
• Provision of engineering opinions of cost to assist with project feasibility modelling and development funding application
• Internal road, drainage and pedestrian infrastructure
• Water reticulation
• Recycled water reticulation
• Sewerage collection and discharge infrastructure
• Co-ordination of NBN/electricity/gas services infrastructure
