Civil Engineer/Senior Civil Engineer/Associate Civil Engineer

About the Role
Meinhardt is looking at growing our team of Engineers in Victoria and we are currently on the lookout for:
-Civil Engineers,
-Senior Civil Engineers
-Associate Civil Engineers

This role will focus on the delivery of engineering services for our Urban Development unit, including the provision of input to the preparation of proposals, feasibilities, and reports.
Key Responsibilities
-Design, documentation and delivery of a number of highly technical projects.
-Ensuring all necessary quality administration procedures are carried out to achieve efficient operations and prompt delivery of projects.
-Assist in the preparation of project feasibilities, servicing strategy plans and master plans.
-Assist with preparation and coordination of tender submissions, and project proposals.
-Provide high quality client service delivery in accordance with Meinhardt quality standards.
-Report to senior staff and monitor performance of projects against agreed fees/budgets.
-Liaise with other staff, project teams, stakeholders and assist in maintaining client relationships.

Skills & Experience
In addition to the duties outlined above the candidate should be able to work autonomously to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Ideally you would have also have:
-Proven exposure to the local land development industry (3-15 years).
-Demonstrated experience in designing roads, stormwater drainage, water sensitive urban design, sewer and water infrastructure.
-Sound knowledge of 12D and AutoCAD.
-Advanced Diploma or Bachelor Degree in related discipline.
-Local water authority accreditation (desirable).
-Demonstrated track record in project delivery.
-Demonstrates a strong client focus.
-A proactive attitude.
-Sound time and task management skills.
-High level of attention to detail.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills.
-Ability to manage own time and priorities and assist the rest of the team to meet project objectives in a deadline driven work environment.
-Ability to work both within a team environment and with minimal supervision.
-Personal pride in quality of work and project outputs.
-Experience in taking responsibility for tasks from inception to completion ensuring a smooth workflow process.
-Ability to work autonomously and also in a team environment.
