We completed all documentation in REVIT Structure, which allowed a quicker design process with the integration of design and documentation software. We reduced the number of RFI’s – less than 20 throughout whole programme – while turnaround time on these was then more than halved.

This approach enabled accurate and the most efficient effective solution for a complex structure, which included a transfer on every floor with no columns matching up and cantilever in one corner over a transfer station which couldn’t be touched.

It ensured cost certainty, ensured programme certainty and exceeded what was a tight schedule. It ensured an accurate representation of a buildable solution with the quality outcome expected of a boutique apartment.
