The civil-led design team successfully solved water management issues for this remote 27-hole golf course and 20ha walnut plantation, which provides the client with an additional income stream. Implemented new ideas include on-site blackwater treatment and its reuse within the development, as there was no sewer available; and the creation of a 4.5km long water main to provide drinking water.
