Flagstone City
Flagstone City is a 100ha town centre surrounded by industrial Land, public space and a residential dwellings known as Greater Flagstone. The Flagstone City Project incorporates 10,000 of those dwellings.
The City is being developed with a Priority Development Area designated by the State Government’s agency, Economic Development Queensland (EDQ). Meinhardt is the Project Co-ordinator for the administration of the approval, as well as Private Certification of the design and construction.
