The development is a staged 475 lot residential infill located on the site of a former golf course. It required hyper-sensitive management, as habitat zones had to be provided for the endangered growling grass frog along with the provision of a wetland / retarding basin system to manage storm water generated by the development. Beyond the civil designs, Meinhardt played an integral role in negotiating and securing the relevant authority approvals for the client, as well as leading the construction management of the project.
